Technician Broke my freezer handle. Was cussing and kicking boxes because he was so upset. Sears no longer offers that handle and I'm caught in between sears, the repair company and the insurance company. This has been going on since 7/30

First Extremely late. Second Talked on the phone during service visit. Third I had to leave for a doctor appointment, repairs was not properly completed. After m16 hours my refrigerator is still not cooling properly. Problem ongoing since June!

dryer still does not latch.

This is the third time Im asking someone to take care of this. Put new latch in and it still giving me an error code each time. I believe the seal that was replaced a few years ago is not the right fit. at that time tech said give it few weeks, it never compressed, so latch does not close unless you hold it shut till cycle starts...then it locks. Same as before this repair.

Unable to perform service

He called me to ask me to describe the problem which I did. He said he would be over later in the afternoon since he was running behind, which was fine with me because I was still at work. Two hours later he called me to tell me that he would be unable to repair the issue with my washing machine, as it's not covered work, which he failed to mention before. He was also inable to advise on how to get the part to fix it myself. He did not have the part. Waste of time and I'm now going on over a week without being able to use my washer. So much for having a warranty! During the course of our discussion, either the phone disconnected or he hung up on me. I'm thinking he hung up on me because he didn't try to call me back. I'm extremely upset.

Took Too Long to address the Concerns. Handle Still Broken Poor Service on Behalf of Sears. Last Tech was Much Better. Today's Tech was in a RUSH for Some Reason.

He came before appointment time. He didn't give repair estimation fees and he planned to order repair parts without telling me estimation. I asked him about it and told so not order the parts.

Problem not fixed

Misdiagnosed problem 2x at original appointment and then waited 1 month for the part to arrive only to have the problem with leaking water dispenser persist. Left without testing to make sure it was fixed and now we are forced to continue to deal with the issue and the poor service. Very disappointed in the execution and communication with customer service was terrible as well.

Horrible Home Warranty Program

The technician was supposed to install an over but said he wasn't set up to do an install. This is a recurring problem with Sears. This is THE WORST Warranty program. I should receive a refund for the years I have wasted my money with this program.

Jose was only a helper in this job, so not his fault. The main technician is rude, unprofessional and unqualified Dealing with this repair for 3 months and still not repaired, no refrigeration for 3 months
