Maston was very informative and helpful, due to the unknown factor causing the refrigerator having a higher temperature than required to make ice I was asked to see if there was a change the following day and see if it made any ice and contact Sears again and make sure who ever came out again would not just change the ice making unit. His report to Sears should explain it better than I can.

It's been a very frustrating experience (3 appointments) but hopefully we won't have anymore issues. Technician came early which was nice. You really need a way to speak with a representative. The chat doesn't give enough options to state a person's issue.
