Determined part received was wrong . Called to secure right part> Left to pick it up. Returned swiftly to install both parts. Refigerator was repaired. In addition he created a new ticket and provided maintenance for the refigerator which was previously scheduled. BIG THANK YOU. YOU went over and above showing high capability and consideration.
