The professional services for the actual repair technician was excellent. They diagnosed the problem ordered the correct part. The issue we had which I have received no phone call, apologies or reimbursement for my time was Sears scheduling two appointments with a four hour window and not showing up. I believe this is unjust for a company that has zero regard for its customers time and inconvenience The phone system is not very user friendly and very difficult to get through to a live person Work completed and satisfied.
