Efficient and helpful
Jose did a great job. Professional and helpful. My only frustration is with your sears home service scheduling system. Part was delayed. System told me I needed to reschedule. Link to do that has no electronic option to reschedule. Tried many ways of looking up, thru help and search function to no avail. Called the number which is AI agent to reschedule. System then continually shot me emails that part arrived and I could move up the service appt. Again, no option from link to do that easily. I left it as is rather than go thru all that again. If you want customers to use self service, improve the site and functions so they can do it.

Jose provided OUTSTANDING service. He was very thorough, professional, and committed to delivering excellent service. I have waited since August for the repair of my my washer, and after many cancellations from 20+ scheduled repairs, Jose delivered. He called before coming with his ETA, and knocked on my door when he arrived.

Jose showed up on time after calling to let me know he was coming. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I thought the problem was a belt, noooo, it was the motor. I explained that my Protection Package had expired in September 2024. He told me about the new protection plan offered by Sears and signing up might get me a coupon for a discount of $150 on the work on the dryer. I called the number he supplied and DID in fact sign up for the Protection package and get the coupon. That was very kind. He explained everything that was needed for m dryer repair and got it set up for 12/3. The pasts arrived by FedEx on 12/2 and Jose Calle me in the morning of 12/3 and gave me a window of time for his arrival. He was right in time and the dryer was fixed in no time. He was very nice, and I appreciate his information on Sears new packages available.
