Phoned to make sure he had correct information. The address is not my actual address but the address on the back apartment, still on the same property tho, washer and dryer are in the garage and the apartment sits on top of the garages. He had to get a part needed for my dryer from another colleague in the area instead of having to have it mailed and cause a delay. Very nice person, knowledgeable.

Very nice, explained that my dryer needed a new belt and he would go get one from a colleague who was in the neighborhood rather than make me have to wait for another appointment. Was back in 15 minutes, and got it put in right away. Appreciate not having to wait for a replacement. This is why I keep my Protection agreement current although the last raise in price was really a jump. Almost didn't renew.
