Tech was great, sears office was terrible
Unable to reach anyone at the sears office to confirm receipt of parts for Kenmore dishwasher. Had to reschedule, and had through go through our Kenmore center to get everything straightened out. Lucy and initial technician did a great job. Figuring things out with Sears was a nightmare, then they try to sell you on other services! Yea right, how can I trust Sears to improve my home when they can't even keep their schedule organized.

Jesus was prompt, efficient and very polite. He also replaced a burned out LED light that wasn't part of the original assessment which would have incurred another appointment. He researched the part number, checked his stash of parts and happened to have one on hand! A really nice person!
