Cesar was terrific. He was on time (even a bit early). He was friendly and taught me a lot about my furnace. I felt comforted by the fact that the air quality from my furnace was excellent despite my furnace's 30+ age. He helped me figure out what filter to buy AND showed me how to install it when I receive it. I hope Cesar is my tech for next year's service. I plan to make this an annual thing.

It's been a long process with multiple things needing to be done and the warranty company making things worse. Eric on the other hand was pleasant and worked through it all and got the fridge working again!

Enrique provided excellent customer service on both his visits. He was the only repair technician to resolve the issue with the refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker. Enrique was the only technician to take the time to thoroughly troubleshoot and diagnose the issue so that he could resolve it.
