Best HVAC repair we've had

Enrique was the best repairman we've had with our HVAC system. He was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. One of the best part of using Sears is their ability to tell you when the repairman is arriving and the time window to expect. So much better than "some time between 8 and 5!!!" Great service all around.

With each visit, Cesar showed a vast knowledge of the problem and how to fix it. After diagnosing the malfunction, then procuring and installing the replacement Cesar and his team worked diligently. Look forward to using the repaired heater.

Jesus was great at providing an explanation and estimate for my cooktop. The only downside was he arrived 20 minutes outside of the 4 hour waiting period due to being overscheduled, not his fault

I really appreciate the service I received from Victor. He fixed my ice maker and made sure that the water was coming to both the ice maker and the beverage dispenser in my refrigerator. He cleaned up all of the old water underneath my refrigerator which was leaking from the old ice maker.
