Resolved issue in a timely manner

Tho arrived on time and assessed my problem quickly. Unfortunately the problem was a gasket and Sears no longer makes the replacement part. The unit is 15 years old so it's ready for replacement. Disappointing since I'm on Social Secuity and can't replace it. Fortunately, I remember how to was dishes by hand. Smoky Dagan Campbell

Our Sears service technician Maston was so professional and knowledgeable about diagnosing our service call on our freezer. We were very lucky to have him explain the problem on his first visit.
