Victor was incredible, thorough and got the job done! He had incredible communication skills. If we had Victor come the first time when we scheduled service, we would've had our dryer fixed so much sooner. we got the runaround for a couple weeks with Sears communications but once Victor was engaged, he fixed it immediately . If I knew I would get Victor every time I would have him support appliances. He was good!!!!!! Give that guy a raise!
