Jose knows his appliances! Jose gave me vital info on how to care for my older appliances. He allowed me to look over his shoulder and ask questions. He took his time on each appliance making sure he did a thorough job! Oh yes, he cleaned the work area so well it's as if he had not been there. I am so pleased with Jose's work ethic and professionalism. I give Jose an A+😊

I have hated having Sears service our appliances. Their customer service has been horrendous and the technicians are totally incompetent. Until I met Morrise. When you think of a kind, responsible, above and beyond kind of guy - Morrise is that person. He is simple incredible. He not only fixed our issue but took it upon himself to make sure that we were on his route and he could see the job to completion. If only every company could have a Morrise. Thank you for giving us hope that Sears actually has amazing people. Morrise, you truly are the best!

Isaac is a genius. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and got right to work. Was going to order a new water pump, which would have taken time to order, and wait for it to be sent to me, then set up an appointment and inconvenience 4 people who use this one washer, and so, he checked his van, and he had the pump!
