The technician trainer, highly knowledgeable and honest, informed me that my water dispenser needed resetting because of a power outage I had experienced a few days earlier. He quickly resolved the issue by unplugging and plugging the dispenser back in. Although I tried to contact Sears Home Service to request a discount since no repairs were necessary, I couldn’t reach a representative. I give 5 stars to the trainer but one star to customer service because it was impossible to speak to a live representative; the AI couldn’t help me.
