Annual maintenance check on water heater. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Found that tank flush valve on bottom of tank was not working properly. Will need to replace valve.

Thank you Stanislav for not only fixing our fridge but for also helping us with the mess that was the Sears appointment system. The AI appointment system is terrible and customers cannot reach a live person when there is a problem. I will never use Sears again for that reason but I do appreciate the excellent service that our technician provided!!!
