This was actually my 2nd time having sears as a service provider via my home warranty. The first was for my mom’s home in Hawaii and most recently for my home in SoCal. Just as I gave 5 ***** then, I say the same regarding my experience with Sergio and my HVAC. From the moment I explained what was going on, he calmly said, “I got you, don’t worry.” A short time later a cool breeze was streaming through my home. No drama, no up-sell, and he encouraged that if I continue my AC/heating checkups and I’ll be fine for a while…also staying in compliance with my home warranty. THANK YOU SERGIO…I hope your birthday was MAGICAL! 🤭🎉🎂🥳🎈🎊🎁

Frank was an expert from start to finish. We had a very noisy dryer and after his repair it hums now like a beautiful instrument. In addition, great communication on when he was on his way. Five Stars for Frank for sure!

Frank was terrific! On time, clearly explained both Sears policies and what was wrong with my Dryer. Fixed the dryer quickly and guided me through the payment process. Excellent technician.
