Surprisingly, we were able to schedule a repair under insurance guaranty service around 2 pm and technician came by 3:30 pm. Thank you for a super fast service!

Bernardo was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went well beyond his duties. I was pleased that I had Bernardo as the technician assigned to address the issues that I had with my oven and stovetop. He was wonderful but the scheduling with AI was not a wonderful experience. I would have preferred and option to speak to a real person.

Stan was fabulous - courteous - clean - knew exactly what the issue was in 5 minutes. He needs a raise and promotion - oh wait then he would not be able to repair other appliances. Ok forget the promotion - give him a HUGE raise,

Our technician was very friendly and helpful explaining every step of the way. He trouble shot the problem quickly, had all the necessary replacement parts and Freon and now the system works perfectly. Highly rated tech!
