Stanislav called when he was on his way. He showed up when he said he would. He immediately knew the problem. We needed a new ice maker. Fortunately, for us, he had one in his van for our model. He replaced it, was professional and friendly the entire time. And, our ice maker is already making ice. Thank you!!!
