Gagik was very knowledgeable about my refrigerator. He performed maintenance and gave me extra information about my refrigerator. All the repairman were excellent. Sears customer service on the phone and thru texts and emails are among the worst to reach or to speak to. They need to get their act together or no one will ever want to use them. All they ever say is " We apologize", over and over again, and they have no remorse about wasting their customer's time. Christopher was knowledgeable about the water heater. He was nice and kind and answered all my questions. He is a good representative for your company. Frank was also nice and kind and a good representative for your company. He did maintenance on 7 appliances. What he couldn't answer, he made an appointment with a repair person who specializes in that appliance. I was very happy with this experience.

Patrick was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my washing machine. He replaced a part that was the cause for the service call. All in all he was done in less than an hour! An awesome well done job Patrick! My family and I thank you!
