Our experience with the A & E service expert was EXCELLENT!! Prior to Finally getting and A & E technician we had incompetent so called repair techs. They broke 2 Brand new G E Water filters. Prior to getting an A & E tech they were NO SHOWS, even though we stayed home the ENTIRE day. The cost was $50 each filter. I ask for A & E every time I request service. IF we can't get A & E technicians we will NOT be renewing our Home Maintenance contract. We have had a contract for 20+ years.
