Frank is amazing. He has come to fix my washer and dryer few times over the years and each time he has been kind and knowledgeable. The only BIG problem is SEARS. I can’t get a hold of a human. It’s all AI. AI canceled my appointment because it thought I didn’t get my parts in the mail. So I tried to reach someone to put me back on the schedule that they had me at. I couldn’t wait another week without a washer w a family of 5!! Because of this, SEARS absolutely sucks! However, Frank is an amazing technician.

Repairman arrived at the end of his day and immediately had an attitude. Was upset that the information we gave him wasn’t accurate and when we explained that it was a smell coming from the back of the refrigerator he made it out like we probably had food that went bad. The Best Buy geek squad was the one who referred the repair to sears.

Stan seems to be tired and in a rush. My Repair ticket was my freezer door handle wobbles, I watched Dan taking it apart put it back together. He said” Your handle might wobble again because it’s an old handle. If the same problem occurs within the next two weeks call back and ask for Repair again. And I will replace the freezer door.” Stan was only there for maybe 20 minutes and left. I went over and checked the handle on the freezer door and it’s still wobbled. I called the repair line. They told me they will send out another technician the same day. That second technician did not show up. Poor service, I sill have the same problem. And now my freezer door is the problem?

Sears and A&E should be ashamed of themselves. I called to get my dryer fixed and didn’t get it fixed. The technician arrived, agreed with what I said was wrong and wanted to charge me $382 to replace a $25 part. He didn’t have the part so he said he could order it and in 4 more days come back to install it. The use of AI has ruined Sears. Go back to calling your customer before you arrive to find out the issue. I pad $129 for someone to agree with me and the leave. Ridiculous and I will never use this service again. Technician Frank was very nice though.
