Abdul discovered the problem after cleaning away years of grime built up in the oven from the previous owners. He was the technician we needed after a few others tried and failed, he got to the root of the problem and ordered the correct parts and fixed it! Thank you so much!

Dennis has been servicing our refrigerators for almost 11 years now. He is conscientious, efficient, and punctual. He always communicates his ETA, which is helpful. Also, he is a mellow, friendly guy, and I am impressed that, due to his longevity with the Sears service team, he is usually the service technician assigned to take care of us.
