What a grteat experience. The technician "Michael" did an excellent job installing the direct ship parts. He spent an extra minute to fine tune a part, making the dispenser work like new.

Adam was our repair technician. He was awesome, polite, knowledgeable, etc. Once the issue with our HAVC was located, he explained what was needed. It was an easy fix. He also explained other things to do to help extend the life of our unit.
