Dennis is an excellent technician. He has always be so pleasant to work with. His years of experience and knowledge definitely show in his quality of work. So glad he has been a long time employee and I can feel confident in my repair.

Dennis was incredibly informative, kind, and got the job done quickly and accurately. He is an absolute asset to the Sears team! Even though it took a while to get a technician out to us, we will be using their services again.

Zero stars. NEVER use this company! Unreliable, incompetent, provide false pricing information, don't stand behind their quote, canceled 2nd scheduled appointment without reason. Finally arrived for repair without part, only to get part # a second time and advise another service call would be charged after they order part and return again despite Dennis confirming total pricing on the original visit. Terrible customer service.

Everything in my fridge got ruined because this company scheduled me, confirmed a date on my email and through text message, took my credit card information, and then no one came. I called and the date they had was a different one, and no one could explain why it had been changed. Seems that the scheduling department and customer service is a bit of a mess, at least in my experience. I regret trusting them with the appointment and not hiring someone else before my food went bad.
