The technician was very knowledgeable and did a good job, but Sears was a no-show a few weeks earlier. Also, the time estimate of 8 to 3 seems ridiculous and should be updated during the day

Horrible service. Tech showed up for one appointment out of four. Several appointments by Sears were cancelled day of. The part the tech ordered was just a housing for the actual part. The real part required was never ordered and is backordered. I bought the part myself so I could get it before it is no longer available. Zero out of five stars!

I do not recommend this service. We scheduled an appointment for a fridge repair and received a confirmation the night before the service window. This is important because it’s a 3.5 hour drive for us to come here to South Lake Tahoe. We also received a confirmation at 7 am in the morning by text. About an hour into our arrival window, we still had not heard from the technician, so we tried to get an additional confirmation through their web site. The only service rep available is their chat bot, which told us that they are unable to complete the appointment and that we needed to reschedule. There is no person you can talk to. This is an unreliable, automated service that we should not trust. It’s unfortunate because we already had the part ready for the fridge repair and would have paid whatever was needed to complete the repair.

A couple of screws were left sitting on the counter above the dryer and I can't get ahold of the technician through the Sears website or phone number to have him return. There appears to be no way to follow up with the technician, thus 1 star.

Zero stars. NEVER use this company! Unreliable, incompetent, provide false pricing information, don't stand behind their quote, canceled 2nd scheduled appointment without reason. Finally arrived for repair without part, only to get part # a second time and advise another service call would be charged after they order part and return again despite Dennis confirming total pricing on the original visit. Terrible customer service.

Everything in my fridge got ruined because this company scheduled me, confirmed a date on my email and through text message, took my credit card information, and then no one came. I called and the date they had was a different one, and no one could explain why it had been changed. Seems that the scheduling department and customer service is a bit of a mess, at least in my experience. I regret trusting them with the appointment and not hiring someone else before my food went bad.
