Super trustworthy service! The washer would be more expensive to repair than replace so we choose not to repair. We'd had a local repairman come out and not find the problem, Sid did excellent with his expert knowledge.

Dishwasher Upper rack kept falling off rollers. I pre ordered the parts ($65) and Sears came to fix it ($319). Tech was very prompt and efficient. No problem with him. I felt the total price to make it right was excessive.

Diagnostic service appointment was expedient and performed with professionalism. Issue with dryer was explained in understandable terms as well as next steps for repair. The part to fix the dryer was ordered promptly and the repair technician scheduled out a few days later. Technician called ahead, arrived on time ready to do the repair. I felt he was experienced and knowledgeable as well as courteous and professional. I am pleased with the outcome of the work.
