From the time of reporting the issue until completion it took 4 weeks and 3 visits because the part wasn’t ordered or ordered incorrectly. Once everything was here, it was installed quickly and courteously. .

Ward very professional and courteous. He was able to diagnose the problem with my dryer. Gave me price to fix and due to problem opted to not service . He did offer to service my other appliances while still at house which I appreciated and those are done. Still looking for new dryer.
