Diagnostic service appointment was expedient and performed with professionalism. Issue with dryer was explained in understandable terms as well as next steps for repair. The part to fix the dryer was ordered promptly and the repair technician scheduled out a few days later. Technician called ahead, arrived on time ready to do the repair. I felt he was experienced and knowledgeable as well as courteous and professional. I am pleased with the outcome of the work.

He did a great job 👏 letting me know it really wasn't the dishwasher... it was the sink plumbing being backed up, due to the garbage disposal not working 😕
