John M is an Exceptional Service Technician
He kept me posted on his arrival time and explained the tests he was performing to check and calibrate my oven's temperature. He also used his level to ensure the oven was appropriately level. I appreciate that he took the time to show me how to increase or decrease my oven's temperature so I can calibrate it accordingly. John was polite, professional and thorough.
