I will never again purchase Sears extended warranty. Especially after today. The tech was condescending and rude.

What a joke. Two no call no shows, third appointment was an hour late and no parts to fix our washer. Avoid Sears Home Services like the plague. Also, this was the vendor that Best Buy, where we bought the washer, scheduled to do the repairs. My wife has used over $1000 of her vacation time to be available for the appointments, cumulatively we have spent nearly 40 hours on the phone with Best Buy and sears and still don’t have a working machine.

The technicians are professional, nice and knowledgeable. However, whoever is responsible for scheduling is completely incompetent. For 3 out of 4 appointments to try and get my stove fixed, the technician showed up hours AFTER the designated time range. I was given an 8am to 12pm range for every appointment, and they showed up at 3pm, 2:15pm and then 1:06pm respectively. And the fourth appointment for today was just randomly rescheduled via automated text for 19 days from now. There is no way to get ahold of a real person through the three different phone numbers I have. All this headache and wasted time and still no functional stove since mid-September.

John's service was great but the people responsible for scheduling failed. They missed the dryer check up and the service was scheduled for 8am to 12 pm for the dryer check and the microwave check was scheduled between 1:00 t0 5:00. However, John did not come until 1:30 and checked the microwave and not the dryer because he did not have that service order. Also, John could not call me to tell me he was late because corporate gave him an old discontinued land line number that was but yet I still received auto text messages on my cell phone. So again, John was pleasant, knowledgeable and polite but your business model was a complete failure.

Went to the wrong house and never called to confirm they were at the right house Edit: it's been two weeks and I still haven't been able to reschedule my appointment. It's great to see that the owner responds to positive reviews but not negative ones, it's already been a month since I was referred by LG but maybe I'll eventually be able to talk to someone at Sears who can schedule an appointment

I had an appointment set for 8-1am. At 3:45 pm I got a call from them wanting to reschedule the appointment for 3 weeks away. That is totally unacceptable... Poor service to no service so far...
