Jim W was a great service technician. He was very polite, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. If I could give him 10 stars, instead of just 5, I would. He has worked for the company for 40 years, and has enormous expertise and experience. I hope we get Jim in the future if we ever have a problem with any of our devices.
