Getting through the "Virtual Assistant" almost made me give up and look someplace else. I finally got to a live agent to schedule my service call. You need to "GET RID OF all VIRITUAL ASSISTANTS"! "ALFREDO" was my service provider. I will be asking for him name in the future. I thought he was very professional and knowledgeable.
