The Tech, Robert, was professional and answered all questions I had. Parts on the other hand was far from professional. 1 of 3 parts showed cancelled with no reason why. It was difficult getting an agent to discuss the matter. My fridge is working now after 3 weeks. I hope for years to come.

Roger was great. However, I was told my washer would be replaced but I can not get an answer when I call as to when I'll receive an email with instructions. It's been over one month!!
