My technician Roger was fantastic but the customer service has become awful. I have been a member for a few years and have always loved my protection plan, but they recently converted to AI and everything has gone down the drain. I have to take time off of work to be there for the 4 hour service window and I have had several last minute cancellations and when you call the 800 number no one cares. They speak from a script. There's no manager you can talk to, there's no way to escalate things. I literally did not have a working refrigerator for 7 weeks. It was AWFUL. No one in the back office cares. I am so disappointed that this once fantastic plan has become so bad.
