The technician was very good the only problem I have with Sears is their scheduling department they don’t know what they are doing. For example I had technician here an hour ago and I received the phone call 10 minutes Ago that my technician is gonna be here tomorrow between 8-12. That is what I’m talking about, look like they have different systems. Please do something about it because it is so aggravating.

Michael, the tech that helped us, was fantastic, well versed in his work and absolutely willing to spend the time with me to explain our options, including worst case scenario, in the end he discovered the solution and within about an hour the work was completed and he provided tips to consider going forward. Highly recommend this service again, our washing machine was only about 4-6 years old, but glad we were able to repair it.
