Very kind, knowledgeable, professional. Rejected the repair, but not because of the technician. Because of the maker! 2nd time on this same type of refrigerator. Never again. LG makers of Kenmore Elite. Never again!

He arrived when he said he would. It was apparent he knew his stuff. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was done and gone in less than 45 minutes. Great job!
