Gentelman was, polite respectful. Diagnostics was short and diagnosis was rendered. No complains. Fridge on the back was full of dust, need to he clean up and if she still going to have a cooling problem we will call for repairs of buy new fridge.

The technician was terrific and my washing machine is now fixed. It took a couple days because the part had to be ordered. The part got here quickly and the technician came back, replaced the part and all is well. The technician worked incredibly hard as it was tedious. He was s very nice and experienced man. Your virtual assistant is horrible! My name and address on the order were wrong (generated by Sears, not me). The technician would never have found my house because the address on the order did not exist. I suggest you get some humans back on phones to provide real customer service rather than chat bots and virtual assistants. Customer service would be rated a minus 10. Fortunately the technician called me and clarified my name and address. He should not have had to do that if a human took the order rather than a robot.
