I had an excellent experience with Lorne. He arrived on time, was professional, and immediately put me at ease with his friendly and confident demeanor. He clearly knew what he was doing, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained it in a way that was easy to understand. On top of being knowledgeable, he was also incredibly kind and respectful throughout the entire service. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repair.

Victor was knowledgeable and efficient at figuring out the problem and it’s cure. He took care to contain what I considered a dirty job. He explained the process of the problem and it’s consequences. It clearly makes sense to me.
