The technician was fine but why did he even come when there is no solution for Stagnant Water smell. Why did you guys do not tell me in advance during all the back-and-forth text messaging you were doing with me that this is not a solvable issue and save the tech the trip and not charge me $50. I would like my $50 back.

Very nice gentleman. Worked quickly and came in a timely manner. Explained what the problem was. Showed me within the dryer wherever problem was and proceeded to complete the task. The labor cost was waaaaaaay too much.
