Jose was polite, and explained what he was doing to diagnose the problem with our dryer. He was very thorough and very good at explaining what can go wrong with our dryer. But of course, like the broken car radio that you drive to the repair shop only to find it working when the technicians look at it, our dryer magically started working again making us look dumb! But we appreciated Jose looking into all the possible problems for us to watch out for and to call again if it fails. Thank you Jose for your calm and pleasant attitude!

The service tech was here promptly, was considerate, repaired the dryer quickly. The difficulty is scheduling service, AI is not great customer service. I would much rather speak to a human who can answer question AI cannot.
