Humberto is a highly qualified Sears repair technician! He confirmed our faulty dishwasher issue and offered several solutions. In the end we enrolled in the Sears Protection Home Warranty program that he suggested which provides protection for almost all of our home appliances at an affordable price. Humberto was professional and courteous. He repaired our dishwasher and provided suggestions on how to keep it working at its best! Thank you Humberto!

Jose is always on time, gets the repair done quickly and is very nice to work with. He told me I have 90 days warranty for the repair service even though my service warranty will end soon.
