Right now you have terrible service. I was give a service time the technician would be which was 8 - 11pm but he was no show and did not call. So I called again and informed you of this problem. I was given another service time someone would come on the same day which was 1- 5 pm again no one showed up. No, I do not like your business!

Customer service was a little frustrating. Our refrigerator abrubtly stopped cooling and I was told to turn down the freezer temp and wait 24 hours because the freezer would cool the rest of the refrigerator. That made no sense to me. It was actually warm inside and not cooling at all. Had to wait a week for someone to come out and look at it then another 18 days for the parts to be delivered. But the repairman came out installed the parts and he fixed the refrigerator. It works great. He was professional and polite. Very happy with his work.
