The technician Mark was incredible!!! He was professional, kind, and very efficient. He truly knows his job and does exceptional work. He did an outstanding job!!! His knowledge shows in his work. I was over the top pleased with his work ethic and job performance. He actually explained some information about the units that I wasn’t knowledgeable about. I appreciated what he shared. I have had Sears warranties on my washer and dryers for over 24 years and he is at the top of my list for a service technician. I was so happy with the service and appreciated him. Sears needs more outstanding technicians as good as Mark was. I could tell he cares and likes what he does. I will say after 6 months of dealing with customer service and trying to get my dryer fixed and getting a replacement after my older dryer couldn’t be fixed and all of the hours I spent on the phone with Sears representatives and all of the schedule mix ups. The length of time had required so much of my personal time, energy and patience. It was a lot to deal with considering how long it took to resolve. Mark was such a wonderful change. I have to say his service actually brought joy to me today after 6 months of great difficulty. I was so thankful for his service. I hope he will get some kind of accommodation for helping to make a long time Sears customer happy and with great satisfaction. Thank-you Mark !!!!!!! Sincerely, G. Weir
