The service call was great. Kept me informed regarding arrival every step of the way. Technician was awesome. Honest about not being able to fix the problem. Unit is too old and part is no longer available. Measured the cooktop and let us know where we could buy a new one.

Thank you to my Technician Khaleed who came and repaired the refrigerator as the third technician in the last three weeks. He corrected the previous technicians repair by installing the third new part, a thermostat, and it appears the fridge is finally cooling. Thank you Khaleed!
