Roger was very nice. professional and courteous. He knew what the problem was immediately. I was relieved that he solved the problem with the washer and I was able to use it again. Thank you.

Humberto tried to help but unfortunately — although he agreed the unit was broken — due to the lack of visibility of the serial number — he said he was unable to move forward per Sears’ policy. I think this is crazy as there are other ways to identify the unit; but KitchenAid (maker) was unable to assist as well. The unit is missing the sticker. Could have been a factory issue; we never had to deal with it before because it has never leaked GAS before and we inherited the unit. Per Humberto, there are other providers that Choice Warranty can partner with that does not require the serial number — and he would be explaining this to them in detail to assist and help ensure the unit is repaired. I hope this was done. I appreciated his time. Thank you.
