I’ve been a Sears customer in San Luis Obispo since 1978, and I’ve always admired the store. I also have a Sears Home Warranty that covers everything in my house, and I’m extremely happy with it. Whenever I have an appliance issue, I just call Sears Home Warranty, and they get someone out the very next day. I’ve had other warranties in the past, and while they all have pros and cons, Sears is by far the best. I trust them completely. They provide a 6-month guarantee on repairs, and if they can’t fix something, they replace it. If you were to call anyone else in town for appliance repair, you’d pay an arm and a leg, especially here in San Luis Obispo, but with a Sears Home Warranty, you can rest assured that you’re taken care of. I’m a customer, not being paid for this review, I’m just sharing my honest opinion. If you own a home, having a warranty is a smart investment, and of all the warranties I’ve experienced, Sears would be my first choice anywhere.
