Always exceptional, knowledgeable, kind and professional service technicians who take pride in their work and their jobs. I typically cannot say the same about other appliance repair services consistently. Sears Home Services (Sears Appliance Repair/A&E) has ultimately been to my home many many times over the last 2 decades, I have always received excellent service, and approbate appliance diagnostics and repairs. I know the whatever the issue the local Sears technicians will do a excellent job, and not he lazy or dismissive like some other home warranty appliance repair companies I have to deal with. Always happy to see the Sears van roll up in my driveway when I have a appliance problem!! Photos of produce evaporator replacement on my aging LG refrigerator.

They have always served me. I’ve always been with Sears and they’re excellent beautiful people very nice very technical. I appreciate them very much. Appreciate them. I mean very much so I hope to keep in touch. I would like to have my home warranty sent to me. I’ve been a Sears customer in San Luis Obispo since 1978, and I’ve always admired the store. I also have a Sears Home Warranty that covers everything in my house, and I’m extremely happy with it. Whenever I have an appliance issue, I just call Sears Home Warranty, and they get someone out the very next day. I’ve had other warranties in the past, and while they all have pros and cons, Sears is by far the best. I trust them completely. They provide a 6-month guarantee on repairs, and if they can’t fix something, they replace it. If you were to call anyone else in town for appliance repair, you’d pay an arm and a leg, especially here in San Luis Obispo, but with a Sears Home Warranty, you can rest assured that you’re taken care of. I’m a customer, not being paid for this review, I’m just sharing my honest opinion. If you own a home, having a warranty is a smart investment, and of all the warranties I’ve experienced, Sears would be my first choice anywhere.
