Although tech showed me his results on the estimate to repair I didn’t get the email. Tech was pleasant and knowledgeable. Repair too large so I took his suggestions on where to buy a new for less the cost of repair. I’m drying right now!

Terrible time management. Waited for one day for him to come. Then postponed for a day. Then came 4 hours late on the 3rd day. Repair was quick and OK. I didn't se any maintenance work done on the washing machine that I paid $55 for. Don't buy that extra service. Pure padding the Bill.

While the technician Lawrence was terrific Sears, the company he works for is terrible. They are lacking in accurate information, service is slow and they are impossible to talk to. Everything from them is AI generated so it is difficult to get bad shipping information corrected.

Replaced the lid lock but now washer juat spins slowly and water is trickling in. Repairman said he ran it thru cycles and tested. Asked to test an actual load but didnt said he had run his tests and theybwere all good.

Absolutely useless experience. Website was awful you can’t get ahold of anyone, when he finally came he was rude and was only there for his diagnostics fee ($130). Did nothing except give us a number for someone else to come service it. Rip off, id avoid

The technician was unable to locate the issue other than guesses. He couldn't find the serial number of the unit and said he cant order parts without it. Said service would cost more than unit. Very unhelpful.

Wanted to charge me 850 for service and bring an extra worker. He gave me 2 reasons what was wrong of which someone on the phone told it was. Didn't put my machine back together. I'm watching a YouTube video and my son will fix the issue all by himself.
