The technician did a good job, but he was very late for his appointment time. We were notified that he will come at 10:55 a.m. He didn't come as stated. He texted that he will be here in our residence before 1 pm. He didn't show up until 2:30 pm. We spent almost all day waiting. Also, we were disappointed because Sears kept on changing our scheduled dates for repair several times that we cannot plan other appointments.

Warren was great.The dishwasher was difficult to pull out from the wall, and slide back, but he got it to move with a ton of patience. He diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. I will ask for Warren in the future if I have.any appliance problems in the future.
