Santos was my technician today. Did everything right with my refrigerator until he tried servicing my dish washer and says it was broken before he worked on it. Not true! I was only getting it serviced since I was told it was 1/2 price for 2nd appliance. He leaves without fixing it and show his finger from his work truck. Old man has no manners. He says he is not a dishwasher technician. So why did he touch my appliance in the first place. Asked him to connect me to his supervisor but was told to call the # on his service truck.

Dryer not working. Drum isn’t even turning how it was before but making noise now nothing works. No heat no drum turning nothing. He needs to come back & fix it.

Missed/ overbooked the first appt. Arrived next day, had to wait for part and schedule service another 3 weeks out. Here on 1/17, leaves,says it is fixed. Use washer next day amd sill has E13 error..barrel is full of water.
