He is very nice, but somehow after he left, the furnace stoped working again, I paid twice for the repair. Now I don’t know what I should do.

Technicians were great and deserve all the ✨ Customer support was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Multiple no-shows due to bad scheduling system. Phone tree loops that wasted hours of my time. And chat bots that were programmed by a room full of chimps. The way I see it, they owe me money.

The service techs were great but the company not so great. Couldn't get ahold of anyone and when my repair tech couldn't get her the set day and time, it was another week for them to come back. I guess they only have a few techs for the whole bay area which makes service appointments difficult. But like I said, the guys were great.

The technician fixed the door lock. However he was rude.

The tech showed up with a less than pleasant attitude. His first question was, "Is it under warranty? If so, I can order you a new washer." He asked 3 more times in the hour he was there. Ultimately, he said, "There is nothing I can do to repair, but I can order you a new one." That seemed to be his agenda the moment he arrived.

This is the second visit to fix the same problem in the dryer, but after the repair the dryer is still not working. This is not specific to the worker but to Sears home service.
